Rebate Eligibility:

Rebate eligibility is dependent upon the following. Failure to meet any of the below requirements will exclude you from receiving payment:

  1. Submission of the rebate form applicable to your service filled out completely, signed and mailed in prior to the final postmark date listed on the rebate form.
  2. Full payment of initial invoice (including all hardware and installation fees, where applicable).
  3. Completion of the 25-day Service Guarantee Period.

Please reference your rebate form's fine print for complete eligibility details.

Be sure to complete all information accurately, as errors may delay or void your request. Rebates are limited to one per order, name, address or household. A third party administers rebates and Speakeasy Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdirected or illegible rebate forms. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. Please allow 8-10 weeks after your Speakeasy DSL is installed and the 25 day Service Guarantee period is complete to receive the rebate check
