  Q. What do I need to send in?
  Mail In Tearpad and Original receipt only.
  Q. Can I make multiple purchases on the same day to get to $75?
  No. Multiple same day receipts are not allowed.
  Q. How many times can I send in for this offer?
  One(1) request per Person, Two(2) per Household. Separate qualifying purchases on separate receipts required.
  Q. Can JCPenney employees receive this offer?
  Yes, after application of discounts.

  Award Cards can be used in JCPenney Department stores only. Award cards cannot be used for JCPenney Online or Catelog purchases.

  Q. What product can I not purchase with my Award Card?
  Shoes and Levi's brand merchandise.
  Q. How many times can I use my Award Card?
  Award Cards are valid for a one-time use. Card must be surrendered at time of purchase.
  Q. What is the minimum amount of purchase I can make with my Award Card?
  $50. No cash refund will be given for purchases less than $50.
  Q. How many Award Cards can I use at once?
  One card per customer and/or transaction.
  Q. Can JCPenney employees use this Award Card?
  Yes.

  Q. How do I find my Rebate or fulfillment offer?
  Click Promotion Status and enter your name, address and zip code then (Search).
  Q. I did not find my Name or address?
  Please make sure that your name and address is spellled correctly and match the rebate form that was submitted.

If this still doesn't work please make sure you have given us the required time as stated on the rebate form.
  Q. The required time has passed and I can't find my name on this site.
  This site was designed for our clients and their consumers. Please make sure that you were directed to this site by rebate form or fulfillment house's customer service operator.
  Q. Still having problems finding my rebate?
  We offer a Consumer Care form where you can submit a request for additional information. One of our Customer Service Representatives will respond to your question within 3-5 business days or you can contact our consumer care line at (800)-211-4131 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
  Q. What is a Job Number?
  The Job Number is a unique number assigned to all submissions during data entry. The job number for your submission can be found on the promtion Status Detail page on the website. It may also be presented within written correspondance regarding your submission. Giving us your job number when you contact us helps us find information about you much faster.
